Our goal at every level in South Windsor Girls' Lacrosse is to promote the exciting sport of lacrosse, to promote the life skills of upstanding individuals, and to enjoy the game, competition, and good friends. Our philosophy for the overall program stems from the Olympic Creed:"The most important thing in life is not the triumph, but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well." We wish to emphasize the true nature of sports. Sports are about challenging yourself, going beyond your perceived limits, and forging strong relationships with teammates.

The purpose of this website is to provide information to all, including: clinics, events, games, activities, and updates.
