South Windsor High School Girls' Lacrosse Team started in 1991, and the  program now consists of the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Ninth Grade teams.

Our Varsity team is made up of student-athletes who are capable of playing at the highest level of lacrosse versus the best competition that Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York has to offer.

Our Junior Varisty team are student-athletes that demonstrate the potential to be a varsity player. This is the "feeder" program to the varsity team.

Our Ninth Grade team develops skills and teaches the game of lacrosse. This team will not have tryouts. Any ninth grade players who abide by the rules and live up to the expectations of our program will automatically make this team.

Team play is at the heart of what we do at all levels in SWHS Girls' Lacrosse. Individually players compete at the level for which they are best suited.
